Amrit Dairy is a farm-owned desi cow dairy in Sonipat, Haryana. We raise our own herd of about 250 desi cows and make everything the traditional way: hand-churned Bilona ghee, fresh milk in glass bottles, dahi set in clay matkas, and Rajasthani achar made in small batches.
