Amrit Dairy ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on amritdairy.in and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, email and delivery address when you order or contact us
• Pincode when you check delivery
• Payment status from Razorpay (we never see or store your card or UPI PIN)
• Basic, anonymous website usage data

How we use it

• To deliver your order and send order updates by email or WhatsApp
• To answer your enquiries
• To tell you when a product or delivery area you asked about becomes available

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment gateway, email, courier). We do not sell your data.
